AUTHORS PORTAL AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
Authors of accepted manuscript can register and submit your details in the authors portal, once the registration is opened, link will be provided
Author can pay the specified registration fee to the bank account details provided in the authors portal
Once the payment completed, please update the payment details in the authors portal, after the payment is verified by our team, the authors can download the receipts from the portal.
The registration fee includes: Admission to all conference sessions, plenaries, panels, technical group meetings, welcome reception and social events, single day lunch
The registration doesn't include: Workshop, Accomodation charges,food, co-author participants fee
Registration fee for visitors from India (Participants without paper): Rs.3000
Registration fee for visitors from India (Participants with paper - other than presenting authors): Rs.1000
Visitor from Abroad Countries (Participants without paper): USD.100

Before the conference, only the online payment is accepted. During the conference, on-site registrations are also provided. For online payments invoice and receipts can be downloaded from authors portal. Kindly note that the registration fees paid are not refundable and transferable.
NOTE: A final manuscript uploaded without a full registration is invalid, and will be removed from the system and not be included in the technical program of ICCCNT 2025.
